As vice president and senior consultant, Jeanine applies her extensive management experience and organization development expertise to the programmatic needs of Eagle Ray’s customers. 

In her work for clients, she assesses a broad range of current business processes; identifies areas of programmatic risk; recommends the implementation of effective management practices to transform project execution; and devises appropriate measures of effectiveness to capture performance data. By applying facilitation, coaching and mentoring techniques, Jeanine helps program leaders understand and transform individual and organizational resistance to new ways of working. She also assists in formulating context-specific strategies to enhance customer relationships. 

Jeanine’s expertise include over 15 years’ management and operational experience with both large scale classic, and evolutionary spiral software development and system integration projects. She is a leader who excels in analyzing business processes and building and leveraging customer relationships. She builds organizational effectiveness through successful program and project management, business planning, and budget development.  Jeanine is expert at applying innovative engineering management principles and theory to formulate and deliver total system solutions and effective IT services. 

Her professional experience includes positions in program management, organization development, network-based systems development and operations, and contract management. She is certified as an ISO9000 Lead Auditor, and has Organization Development certification from Georgetown University. Jeanine has a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from George Mason University and a BSFS in Economics from Georgetown University.
