Eagle Ray, Inc. Announces New, Expanded Roles for Key Executives

Chantilly, VA, December 30, 2011: Eagle Ray, Inc., announced a series of organizational changes and executive promotions that will support the company’s current and future growth as it enters its 10th anniversary year in 2012.

“2011 has been a year of tremendous success and growth for Eagle Ray,” said Babs Doherty, Eagle Ray Founder, President and CEO. “With prime contract wins at the Department of the Navy and Defense Intelligence Agency in addition to our work at the Transportation Security Administration, we will double in staff and revenue over 2010. And we are not done growing.”

Tom Willert has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Willert’s success at ONI and longevity with Eagle Ray’s first customer established a firm foundation for the company’s current and future growth. In his new role, Willert will be responsible for all operations, both corporate and customer.

Jeanine Callahan has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. Callahan has been involved in all major capture efforts over the past year and led the team that won DIA ESITA. She will establish a new department focusing on business development, marketing and communications, and public relations.

Dave Uehlinger joins Eagle Ray as Chief Financial Officer. Uehlinger joins Eagle Ray from NeoSystems, where he helped mature Eagle Ray’s corporate financial infrastructure as an onsite finance consultant. As CFO, he will head up finance, accounting and contracts.

Shelley McHenry has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. McHenry’s HR and staffing leadership ensure Eagle Ray has the resources to deliver outstanding services across its customer base. She will lead overall compensation and HR compliance efforts as well as corporate services in the areas of recruiting, facilities and office management.

Cheryl Cartwright has been promoted to Director of Contracts. Cartwright brings a wealth of contract negotiations and administration experience to Eagle Ray. Her new title is in recognition of her pivotal role in ensuring the compliance and maturity of Eagle Ray’s contracts and subcontracting activities.
