PROCESS INTEGRATION

Streamline your organization by improving your business processes

Business Process integration is the key component of your business transformation. All organizations need to take a careful look at the structures behind their current business processes, their effectiveness and how they can be improved.

Eagle Ray assesses your current organizational structures, functions, and mission using our Performance Assessment Summary Scan (PASS) methodology, tailored to your organization. We build the plans, processes, forms, work instructions, tools and other process artifacts to implement the results you desire.

Our proven documentation methodology shows you what functions each element of your organization performs, and the relationships among those elements. We identify areas of overlapping functional coverage, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

HERE ARE SOME STEPS IN THE EAGLE RAY PROCESS:

  1. Analysis: clearly define the current state of your organization using our Performance Assessment Summary Scan (PASS) methodology, gap analysis, business focus, goals of organization
  2. Recommendations and improvements.
  3. Modeling: Align process improvements with your organizational goals: CMMI, ISO9001:2000, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, OPM3, PMBOK
  4. Facilitation and process development: Conduct structured sessions with process owners, focusing on improvement, education; LEAN approach
  5. Change Management: Educate every person involved in transformation, define ownership of every detail of the process; integrate process into daily tasks so they become part of the office talk; clearly define the  roles and responsibilities of each player and make sure they completely understand
  6. Tool selection: Assist in selecting the appropriate tools to support the processes. Facilitate integration of processes by using stop-gap tools until a final tool is put into place
  7. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance metrics; define objective and measurable targets with customers requirements in mind;  use common sense measurements; review measures and analyze results
  8. Performance Improvement: Audit process areas and recommend improvements; implement recommended changes
